Ordering Procedure

Send an email to Lisa@McQuaid.com listing the items you want to purchase. Include the quantity and the description for the pictured item or from the price list. Please provide your mailing address.

I will email you as to each item's availability, the total cost of the order (including shipping), and the expected ship date.

Orders are normally shipped via FedEx Ground. I charge $7 for this - large orders may be more depending on weight and volume. If you prefer or require a different method of shipping, please request that in your email. Sorry, products can only be sent to US addresses at this time.

Payment in full is required prior to shipping. You can mail a check or money order to the address I will provide in my email. I also accept:

Product Returns

Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please use an appropriate method of shipment to ensure proper delivery. You are responsible for these shipping charges.

Once received in good order, I will send a company check for the amount of the returned item(s) and related tax, if any. If payment was made by credit card your card will be credited. Please include a copy of the prepaid invoice in the package with the returned items. I do not issue credit for shipping charges.
